The fine print

The details, so there are no surprises.

  • Available to the first 100 patients to reserve and attend
  • Available for 12 months from our opening date (July 2026 to June 2027). After that, residents pay our standard first-visit price.
  • New residents of Melrose Central/ Melrose Park. Show your ID to confirm residence.
  • Private fee only. Health fund rebates may apply to the clean, exam and X-rays portion depending on your cover — we'll help you check.

    Founder children under 6yo - $0 for a first time visit checkup. $49 for their first visit (residents only). .
    Founder children Under 18yo - $79 for their first visit including clean
  • Not redeemable for cash.

    $99 Clean does not cover deep periodontal disease cleans.

    Follow up 6 monthly check up and cleans are priced at
    - $269 for adults
    - $149 for 7-18yo
    - $99 for under 6yo including clean
    - $0 for under 6yo first visit (no clean) and comprehensive exam
