Just bring yourself and your Medicare card. If you have a health fund card, bring that too. Any recent x-rays or records from a previous dentist are helpful but not required.

Yes. We accept all major Australian health funds via HICAPS, so you can claim on the spot. We also bulk bill eligible Medicare items, including the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

Allow around 60 minutes for your first visit. You will see a dentist or an oral health therapist (OHT). Our OHTs look after check-ups, X-rays, cleans and gum care, and work alongside our dentists. The visit covers the exam, X-rays if needed and a conversation about your goals. We will not rush you.

Yes, free on-site parking is available at Melrose Central. The practice is on the Lower Ground Floor (LG16), wheelchair accessible, reachable by lift and fully pram-friendly.

You are not alone. Dental anxiety is very common. Our dentists and oral health therapists take a calm, no-judgement approach and explain each step before they start. IV sedation is also available if needed.

Yes, we welcome patients of all ages. The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) may cover up to $1,158 over two calendar years in eligible treatments for children aged 0 to 17. Under 2s are seen free for a first visit.

Call us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to see you the same day. For out-of-hours situations, we’ll provide guidance over the phone to help manage until we can see you.
