We offer same-day provisional crowns for implant patients so you never leave without a tooth. Emergency appointments available. Temporary dentures made on-site for patients undergoing implant treatment.
Monday to Wednesday 8am–5pm, Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 10am–5pm, Sunday by appointment. Located at Melrose Central with free undercover parking. Accessible by bus and close to major motorways.
Our children's services include check-ups and preventive care, fissure sealants to protect newly erupted molars, fluoride treatments, gentle fillings with tooth-coloured materials, early orthodontic assessments, and custom mouthguards for sports. We bulk bill under Medicare CDBS for eligible children aged 0-17. Parents are welcome to stay chairside during appointments. We also offer happy visits for anxious children to help them get comfortable with the dental environment.
Eligible children’s dental care is covered by the government scheme—there’s no cost to you when you visit Lumi Dental with a valid health fund.

The CDBS is a government scheme covering eligible children aged 2–17, providing up to $1,095.60 per child per year. Dr. Tran is an authorised provider, and we bulk-bill all CDBS-covered services with no out-of-pocket costs.
We recommend a first visit around age 2–3, or when the first tooth appears. Early visits help children feel comfortable with dental visits and establish good oral habits from the start.
We create a gentle, child-friendly environment with a warm approach, simplified explanations, and positive reinforcement. Dr. Tran is experienced in working with nervous children and understands what makes them feel at ease.
The appointment includes a gentle examination, age-appropriate cleaning, fluoride application, and a chat with Dr. Tran about your child’s oral health and home care habits.
