We think about nervous patients in how we talk, how long we book and how the rooms feel. The aim is for you to feel in control the whole time.

What to expect if you feel anxious

Tell us you are nervous and we will take it from there. Your first visit can be as simple as a chat, with no treatment, so you can get comfortable at your own pace.

We explain everything before we do it, agree on a signal to pause at any time, and never rush you. For some people, options like sedation can help, and we will talk through what suits you.

If you'd rather start with a quick chat and a look, that's fine. We can build up from there.
